About Tom Mahon

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for technology and since turning my focus towards digital marketing and design, I have never looked back. I began setting myself web projects in my early teens, these ranged from creating messaging forums for friends to designing blogs. More recently, I have continued to pursue this passion in my professional career and my role has evolved from web design into SEO, SEM, social media management, e-mail marketing, UI design and much more. I now offer more than ten years’ experience specialising in leading product management, front-end development and product marketing activity within the SaaS lifecycle. Well-practised communication skills underpin my ability to liaise between customer, product and engineering teams in order to develop solutions that best meet end-user requirements. Positive, personable and pragmatic, I take the time to build collaborative, trust-based stakeholder relationships across functional and organisational boundaries. Above all, I place values of integrity, quality of service provision and representing the customer’s voice at the heart of everything that I do in my professional career.
