I can help your organization meet your business goals through effective design, development, and delivery of training. Throughout my career I have designed, developed, and delivered courses using both face to face and electronic delivery methods such as WebEx and HPE MyRoom. I am also proficient at creating E-Learning courses using- Camtasia Studio - Adobe Captivate - SnagIt - PowerPoint to create storyboards and scripts I have consistently demonstrated the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and subject matter experts for the purpose of defining workflows and training deliverables. As of the Summer, 2016, I am thriving at HPE Vertica (Hewlett-Packard Enterprise), a leader in Big Data database software. I just received a strong mid-year review and customers regularly provide highly positive comments on my delivery. I earned a Master's degree in Education with a concentration in instructional design from UMASS Boston in 2010. I am a- Past board member of the Greater Boston Chapter of the Association for Talent Development - Past president of Toastmasters club 3757 - Big Brother alumni at Big Brothers of Mass.
