Over 20 years’ experience within the Aviation Industry, including gaining significant engineering technical and professional qualifications. In depth experience in aircraft base and line maintenance engineering, technical services and continued airworthiness management of aircraft that are both in continuous operation and in transition with Airlines and owners. An in depth knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations. Experience of Lease contract negotiations. The proven ability to manage and deliver Aircraft in lease transition, whilst maintaining time line and budget responsibilities. Proven Leadership skills including strong communication dealing with both technical and non-technical management. The production of technical and non-technical reports. An excellent team player with an in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. A strong ability to develop relationship with customers and service providers (MRO’s). Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to customer situations, including the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Flexible in the ability to travel at short notice and change arrangements.
