About Tom McDaniel

Tom is a successful Landscape Architect/ Landscape Planner/ Senior Project Manager/ and Collegiate Faculty Instructor based in Southern California for over 37 years. His award winning portfolio of work includes a wide range of landscape construction, design-build, and consulting projects involving master planned communities, multi-family housing, in-fill projects, track home development, custom homes, slopes, streetscapes, park sites, educational facilities, military projects, church campus renovations, outdoor venues and transit oriented urban renewal projects. Working in partnership with both private and public sector clients, Tom is well respected in the landscape industry for his ability to effectively manage all aspects of a project, including the hiring and supervision of personnel and sub-contractors, multi-million dollar contract management, bid review, cost analysis, value-engineering, client coordination, solution-based problem solving, conflict resolution, media and promotion. In his free time, Tom enjoys travel, cooking, gardening, paddle boarding, frisbee golf, and time at hte beach with his family and friends.
