About Tom Meijer

Financial senior manager with broad experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. Have gone through restatement processes, Sox compliance projects and been involved in the upgrading of the quality of the financial accounting function. After having done two SAP implementations & 2001) and an upgrade at EMEA level, I ran the Business FI implementation team for a global SAP implementation (2006 - 2008). As an extension I have been working on business and process improvements. From 2008 - 2011 I was responsible for the Accounts Payable shared service center for APAC and EMEA, based in Singapore. Subsequently got involved in a global SAP project and responsible for the reporting strategy on the project. Our strategy involves the role-out of Business Objects and utilizing HANA and providing a company wide reporting platform. Currently working on company wide SAP S/4HANA implementation, focussing on International accounting and Global reporting using Analysis for Office, SAC and Executive Dashboard. Specialties: Accounting & Reporting, implementation of financial systems, HR support and payroll related issues, mergers and subsequent Financial Systems integration.
