About Tom Meissner

My journey began with a passion for golf, leading me to college, but I soon realized professional golf wasn't my future. After various college jobs and a transformative year in Spain studying and working at a golf course, I founded Sedona Golf Products in my apartment during my senior year at the University of Arizona, with a fax machine and a Mac. I moved my "business" to my bedroom at my parents' house and grew Sedona Golf into a company that designed and manufactured high-quality corporate branded golf products, including clubs, bags, and accessories. I even received two patents along the way. Our first major client was Anheuser Busch, for whom we produced custom golf clubs for over a decade. In the late 1990s, we began offering on-demand decoration on our golf bags for distributors' programs and started developing online company store software for them. iCoStore (Internet Company Store) was born in 2002, with the idea of revolutionizing company stores using on-demand decoration and no inventory and moving stores online, from traditional paper catalogs. This ignited a passion in me to innovate, develop software, processes, and in-house decoration capabilities to support on-demand production. A college friend, skilled in technology and infrastructure, joined the venture, and together we invested our life savings to build something we hoped would work. Over the past 24+ years, developing the best solutions for online company stores has been my passion. We now have years of experience and have built a very robust and fully integrated technology solution from stores to decoration and fulfillment. At iCoStore, we have over 85 employees and continue to lead the industry by developing cutting-edge software, expanding our decoration capabilities, and scaling our operations to support some of the largest programs in the country. I love collaborating with companies to understand their challenges and develop streamlined solutions for their uniforms, swag, and branded merchandise. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, running, hiking, traveling and snowboarding. My wife just started empty nesting and I have 2 boys in college.
