As a Vice President and seasoned developer at Millennia Housing Development, Ltd, I have over 11 years of experience working on complex issues related to the acquisition, development, management, and asset management of affordable, market rate, and mixed use multifamily housing properties. I have a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School and a strong background in procuring government assistance, contract negotiations, underwriting, real estate development due diligence, and various tax credit programs. My mission is to create positive social impact through innovative and strategic housing development solutions that address the needs of diverse communities and stakeholders. I have successfully closed real estate transactions utilizing multiple financing sources and mechanisms, such as Freddie/Fannie, HUD FHA 221D4, CMBS, private equity, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Transformational Mixed Use Development Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bonds, PILOTS, and Tax Abatements. I have also established and maintained effective government relations at local, state, and federal levels, as well as neighborhood planning, public speaking, and commercial leasing skills.
