About Tom Millington

Back in 2018 I relocated from the north of England, how I describe where I am from is a small town just north of Manchester. I didn't necessarily fall into recruitment like most, I wanted to go into the industry. I landed my first position back in 2018 as an Associate Consultant working primarily in the Trades space. Quickly I realised that I had a passion for the Design & Construct industry, helping all different levels of skillsets from C-Suite to Labourer. Hey, sometimes I even supported apprentices find their first job (for free of course).Recruitment is about trust and you gain that from knowing what exactly and who you are recruiting for. I was visiting sites, speaking to different trades, builder and various different stakeholders to find how they impacted the site. Some of course thought, who's this Pommy Tommy, he is very persistent. Over the years I sought out feedback from client and candidates on what we can do better. Year on year I kept asking the question, fine tuning my service to make sure I stayed ahead of the competition. Here the top 5 of my key strengths which I bring to the table.
