About Tom Minasian

With over 35 years of experience in the electronics industry, I am a seasoned and passionate leader who thrives on delivering value-driven solutions to my clients. My core competencies include sales engineering, account management, principle relationships, and contract negotiation. As the Managing Partner of Bager Sales, I oversee the company's operations, strategy, and growth, which serves the needs of the Southern California electronics marketplace. Since founding Bager of Southern California in I have successfully grown the company from a start-up to a reputable and trusted partner for components, systems, and support in design and manufacturing services. I have built and maintained strong relationships with strategic customers, suppliers, and manufacturers, and have secured multiple major deals in contract assembly, custom ICs, and other products. I have also managed and mentored a team of sales engineers, enabling them to achieve and exceed their sales goals and performance metrics. Some of the skills that I use daily include electronics, semiconductors, IC, and design. In July 2023, we rebranded our company to Bager Sales to reflect our business structure better.
