About Tom Morgan

Lifting weights changed my life. Maybe that sounds a bit sentimental, but it’s true. More importantly for you, I think it could change yours too. I started training as a very skinny 16-year-old. Mainly because my mates had started going to the gym and at that age, that’s all the motivation you need. 10 years on, a lot of the mates that I started at Fosters gym with haven’t trained much for a while but for me, it’s become the cornerstone of my life. Not only am I grateful for the physical benefits that we all know all about, but mentally it has shaped the last decade for me too. The mentality of constantly working on myself, pushing myself and learning every day has spilled over into my work and my relationships too. My mission now is to share these life-changing benefits with as many people as I can. Not everyone is lucky enough to have solidified this habit when they were young enough to spend years figuring things out. Most people start at an age where they want to see the benefits straight away, that’s where coaching comes in.
