Tom has proven international expertise in senior level leadership in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management, in delivery, advisory, and organisational development across infrastructure sectors, specialising in complex systems integration, setting up programmes for success, and major project & organisational reviews.He is a highly qualified (MSP, MoB, MoP) Charted Engineer, active member of the APM with in-depth NEC4 experience and commercial acumen. He balances P3M knowledge and pragmatic solutions to support his proven leadership experience, applying his values based approach to drive long term sustainable solutions.He has a specific drive to fully utilise technology in his work from site to PMO to create a 'single source of truth' with a data driven approach to programme assurance and governance.He has worked across many sectors and with great clients such as Babcock (now), DE & S, TfL, Network Rail, DCWW (Welsh Water), Yorkshire Water, Heathrow, MTR (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Airport, and EDF HPC.He builds confidence in the delivery of strategically and technically challenging projects, and provides clarity to organisational design, his approach has been described as 'taming the chaos'.
