About Tom Murphy

I am currently working as Customer Service Representative for ROBUS who are the largest Irish lighting company in the world. I am responsible for Internal Sales in the Northern Region of England. I have previously worked as a customer service representative for Ireland’s largest pharmaceutical distributor, United Drug, representing the National Cold Chain and was responsible for the distribution of vaccines under the guidance of the National Immunisation Office (NIO) during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to my customer service roles, I am also a student counsellor and a fully qualified Healthcare Assistant, having completed my QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, currently studying a BSC (Hons) Level 8 Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. My skills range from my various training, such as occupational first aid, palliative care and infection prevention from my healthcare training and I am proficient in SalesForce, SAP ERP & Business One, Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office programs from my customer service roles. However, I believe my biggest attribute is that I am genuinely passionate about helping others.
