Currently Vice President of Growth Strategy and New Market Development of ConnectRN the leading nurse-centric platform that is reinventing the way nurses and other healthcare professionals are finding work. Prior to this was the Head of Sales of Firefly Health, a venture backed digital health company. Led the development of the employer growth strategy. Hired and led the sales, customer success, and market development teams and secured first employer clients. Prior to that was the Chief Commercial Officer & General Manager of Labster, a Danish EdTech firm. Led a turnaround of the business, building out a high-performance sales, channels and operations team and developed revenue generation plans that doubled the customer base in the first year. Have held several leadership roles at athenahealth, built out effective sales strategies to sell Cloud Based Services (SaaS) to medical groups and hospitals and developed new, emerging markets in Urgent Care, Hospital Based Specialty, and Genetic Labs resulting in $384M in net new revenue. Over my career the two areas where I have had the highest impact to an organization are the development of effective commercial growth strategies in challenging markets, motivating of high-performance teamsand building out the operational functions to support them.
