I have over 10 years of experience in the field of x-ray technology and 20 in networking. I am a customer service representative at Leidos, a global leader in security solutions. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and support to customers, ensuring optimal performance and safety. I am also a certified EMT paramedic, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to remain focused during critical situations. I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence. In my current role at Leidos, I service x-ray systems, computers, network equipment, manage field technicians and am a lead on CT x-ray bearing repairs and placements. I work closely with various stakeholders, such as Nav Canada, airport authorities, Catsa, and Transport Canada, to ensure smooth transitions and integration of security equipment and systems. I provide phone support and travel to sites to resolve ongoing concerns. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining employee technical information databases, tracking daily activities, set up and maintenance of internal group boards, planning, organizing travel and generating metrics reports.
