I have worked in requirements and development for both IBM programs and the Department of Defense DoD (US Army). I’m a certified Project Manager in DoD, PMI, and IBM. As a Project Management Professional, at IBM and Information Technology, l have led large projects in the Financial Business sector and have manage department teams of IBM professionals. I have extensive project management process experience, process improvement, contract management, requirement's analysis and determination, devising and maintaining a workable scheme to accomplish a project, coordination of project personnel and resources to carry out the plan, and ensuring the project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring progress and taking corrective action when necessary. I have outstanding record for accomplishing project objectives, leading teams, and meeting the customer’s requirements. I had a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Access Program upon my retirement from the Army.
