As a Manager at Odyssey Medical, I oversee the national dispatch program for various events, and also supervise the operations and staff in our BC Region, ensuring timely and professional medical response. I lead a team of dispatchers, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of service. I also research and implement new or maintain current cutting-edge dispatch and incident management systems to uphold Odyssey Medical's reputation. In addition to my role at Odyssey Medical, I am an Independent Travel Agent and Owner of Sea to Sky Vacations, under the Trevello Travel Group Host Agency, where I leverage my customer relationship management skills to provide personalized travel solutions. I also work as a Paramedic on a casual basis at British Columbia Emergency Health Service, where I apply my Paramedic skills to provide primary care in emergency situations. I hold certifications in NQEMT and Primary Care Paramedic from reputable organizations, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
