With over 30 years of experience dealing across a wide range of businesses, I am committed to partnering with people and organisations to build programmes that improve performance at an individual and collective level. I have particular expertise and experience in delivering insights, advice and support in areas such as: Executive Coaching - I provide personalised executive, leadership and team coaching to create better strategic thinkers and decision makers and career coaching programmes to support succession planning and talent development strategies Performance Consulting - I provide individual consultations to support you with improving your organisational effectiveness and I specialise in leadership training, including designing and implementing people development strategies. Team Effectiveness - I partner with organisations to improve stakeholder engagement and cross divisional collaboration and I design and deliver team building programmes. Culture & Purpose - I work with leadership teams to deliver on an organisation’s Purpose through facilitating group sessions to help leaders understand the benefits of building a sustainable ethical performance culture. Group Facilitation - I run independent workshops for leaders and their teams to support with goal setting, planning and motivation and I offer facilitation to assist with executive and leadership collaboration. Wellbeing Supports - I review existing wellbeing programmes to ensure that they are fit for purpose and I design and deliver new bespoke programmes based around people’s mental, financial, social and physical wellbeing.
