Tom Oliver is a sharp swiss army knife in the international Arts & Entertainment industry, known for his work as an actor, singer, presenter, producer, and creative director. Dancing swiftly between on and off stage roles depending on the project. As a performer, Tom has recently appeared in Shake & Stir Theatre Co’s national tour of FOURTEEN, played opposite Marcia Hines AM in Velvet across Australia, New Zealand, USA and Germany, and performed the lead role of Johnny in acclaimed concert drama Rolling Thunder Vietnam backed by the John Farnham Band. He was plucked out of Channel 9 as a member of Kylie Minogue's inaugural team on The Voice. Tom is also the Founder of Tom Oliver Productions (TOP), a trailblazing entertainment company dedicated to delivering world-class experiences through vibrant festivals, distinctive venues, renowned brands, and innovative digital content. Owning and managing projects such as Wynnum Fringe, The Augathella Spiegeltent, Queensland Fringe, and various live productions, TOP is committed to creativity, excellence, community and operational efficiency across all its ventures. Wynnum Fringe Festival has employed over artists and injected more than $4 million into the Brisbane economy since it began in 2020. Most recently, Tom was the Associate Producer for John Frost AM and Crossroads Live Australian premier production of Elf: The Musical in the Concert Hall at Sydney Opera House. Awards include Queensland’s 40 Under 40 list of savvy innovators, the prestigious 2023 Gold Matilda Award for outstanding contributions to the Arts in Queensland, and various others. 2025 see's Tom return to Brisbane and collaborate with his team of innovators at TOP to grow Wynnum Fringe, The Augathella Spiegeltent, Queensland Fringe and various creative projects which connect artists, audiences, government and the corporate sector.
