About Tom Owen

I currently work within the Osborne Clarke Solutions team working on project initiation and delivery of technical solutions for key clients and internal practice groups. I run discovery workshops to identify key business pain points and document operational processes to identify gaps and build a business case for potential projects. I will manage the project from initiation through to the delivery of the first iteration and plan out 12 month post-deployment roadmaps before handing over to operational/BAU teams. I graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BSc (2.1) in Chemistry in 2014 and went on to work as an Operations Manager in the legal sector where I subsequently trained as a Project Manager, I am an accredited PRINCE2 Practitioner and APM qualified professional with experience of running projects in Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM.I have a wide array of business and technical skills that support a variety of internal teams and departments. I am a very logical thinker and use innovative ideas to solve complex problems. My involvement in projects that involve stakeholders of all level of the organisation has further grown my skillset and excellent organisational abilities.
