Tom Oxley 07718 130930 I'm a mental health speaker, trainer and consultant. I run mental health audits for employers, working with senior personnel - normally HR directors, wellbeing teams and Occupational Health managers. They use my independent evidence-based advice to review where they are now, and set future strategy. I am MD at where our philosophy is that any employer can support any employee on mental health. I create workshops, give talks, run train-the-trainer and help educate leaders, I have a decade of field research and I've given a TEDx talk I'm very experienced, and have worked with large and small employers - ExxonMobil, Cadbury, TFL, Department for International Trade, Cambridge University, Ecclesiastical, LSI, Ibstock PLC Buttress and East Anglian Air Ambulance. And my kid's primary school. I can also mix with your frontline staff, having worked shifts in a chicken processing factory and swept up iron filings as a student. I write bespoke training for each client - training described as,"the course I wish I'd been on 30 years ago" and "the best training I've had in my years as a lawyer." Clients also hire me to create bespoke mental health training - covering awareness, conversations, support tools and the emotional effects of Covid. I sometimes run support sessions for HR teams and top-up training for Mental Health First Aiders.
