I am a corporate, projects and commercial lawyer admitted to practice in Victoria, Australia, England & Wales and Hong Kong with approaching 20 years post-qualification experience gained in international law firms and corporates. I have multi-jurisdictional experience, having practiced in the UK, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Australia with an emphasis on advising and negotiating on complex cross-border multi-party transactions and major projects. Formidable corporate experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture and shareholder arrangements and corporate governance and compliance. Extensive commercial contract experience including advising with respect to consultancy and service agreements, in-licensing, supply and manufacturing agreements, distribution and outsourcing. Experience across a number of sectors including industrial, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, resources and energy, technology, construction and infrastructure and hospitality and retail.
