Tēnā koe,I have a background and tertiary education in Design, working in video games, fashion, and graphic design. I have developed a keen eye not only for detail and meaningful understanding in visual information but also a methodical and practiced undertaking of Data analysis. Pattern recognition along with data collection, analysis, processing, and dissemination make up my primary skill set, I enjoy I being able to rapidly identify, comprehend, and connect opaque and often weak leads and trends to generate meaningful and timely outcomes.My current work as an Orders coordinator within a public sector organisation has given me a wealth of insight into the operation of and relationships between government departments along with public entities. My work processing Maori land court trust orders and managing requests from the courts themselves has given me a professional understanding of the pressures of the sector and how to manage those pressures via effective communication, a studious work ethic, and rigorous time management.My Recent work in frontline and digital retail has given me a plethora of experience in managing pressing time pressures, COVID health and safety constraints, and frequently hostile environments due to either staffing or consumer pressures. These conditions developed me into a relatively autonomous Individual with the ability to work independently for extended periods while still maintaining or exceeding expected outcomes and performance targets with minimal intervention.I have experience in team leadership at a Project management capacity with Video games projects and a supervisory level within digital retail which has provided me with effective personal and group time and performance management skills.
