Project Management and Service delivery has the last 8 years been my primary focus, where I has been driven by to see results as reducing throughput times, release of resources, improved customer experiences, general capacity improvements and cost reduction, this by focusing on process optimization throughout the value chain, eliminate wastage routines and processes that eliminate the causes and critical points in both production facilities and administrative routines, building bridges between departments and to maintain supply flow between departments through o.m.a.OLAer. I have a great need to have a finger on the pulse at any time so much that all the surprises that may arise in the transaction is expected and planned.
