Health and Fitness is not only my job, it's my passion, my enjoyment and even my social life.I have been qualified as a personal trainer for over 10 years and I like to think I have had a positive impact on many lives. For me, it's all about finding what works for YOU. Everyone is an individual and has their own path to become strong, fit, happy, and healthy. But this journey should be shared and celebrated with others. The aim is to work hard and enjoy the process, allowing for some flexibility and balance within your life.After competing in sport from a young age, I naturally have that competitive side. Whether it's cycling & running across Scotland or competing in a team based functional competition, I'm always keen to get involved and give it my all.This means I like to cover a lot of areas with my training, to be a functional and well-rounded individual. I have a deep underlying passion and motivation for my training, and my aim is to share that with others. I believe that being strong across multiple aspects of fitness is vital not only for results, but for the enjoyment of training and mental resilience.
