About Tom Persson

With over 25 years of work experience in the construction and maintenance industry, I am a Regional Maintenance Manager at Fit Factory, a leading fitness center chain. I am responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of over 5 locations across the region, and 2 others out of state. I ensure the safety, quality, and functionality of the facilities and equipment. I also manage a team of skilled technicians and contractors, providing them with training, guidance, and support. In addition, I liaise with the clients and vendors, delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints. My core competencies include management, customer service, and problem solving, which I have demonstrated in my previous roles as a Finish Carpenter at Custom Home Interiors and a Regional Engineering Manager at Exclusive Resorts. I am passionate about creating and maintaining comfortable and enjoyable environments for fitness enthusiasts, and I strive to uphold the standards and values of Fit Factory. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to collaborate with other professionals in the field. I am looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization that values quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
