About Tom Peterson

I am a Shareholder with the law firm of Tucker Arensberg, PC, a general practice law firm that has been focusing on assisting business clients for over 100 years. I am a member in the Business and Finance Department, as well as the Merger and Acquisition Group and the Municipal and School Practice Group. My practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate and business matters and education law. I have had primary responsibility for legal matters for companies ranging from sole proprietorships to multinational corporations. My business practice covers many different industries, and includes general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and succession planning, financing, general contracts, government contracting, and franchising. I also represent many non-profit corporations and associations. I have been involved in all aspects of public education law for over 40 years. I serve as Solicitor to Mt. Lebanon School District. My school and municipal practice includes public sector labor and employment law, student matters, bidding and public contracts, tax assessment and collection, and public sector finance.
