I’m a technology strategist, innovation architect, and emerging futurist with 20+ years of experience shaping the digital transformation of global financial institutions. As a Technology Fellow and award-winning VP/MD-level leader at Scotiabank, I’ve led enterprise-scale change across Capital Markets, Risk, AML, HR, and Finance—driving cloud adoption, engineering culture, and AI-powered innovation. My work has spanned AI, GPU supercomputing, serverless architecture, and design thinking—always with an eye toward what’s next. I’ve built global architecture functions, launched disruptive innovation, and helped organizations thrive through uncertainty. Now, I’m focused on the future of technology, work, and leadership. I’m pursuing a Doctorate in Strategies for Change, exploring how organizations can build resilience and foresight in an age of accelerating complexity.
