Currently: Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Flowco Production Solutions Industry leader in Artificial Lift systems for the oil & gas industry. From plungers to patented Surge Flow systems and beyond, we keep your wells producing. Managing a small team of CNC Programmers on Manufacturing Engineers in machine-and-assemble environment. Here's where I've been: Over 30 years experience in manufacturing in small and large-scale machining and assembly environments. Bottleneck remedy and prevention, flow efficiency, and data analysis/interpretation from capacity planning to resource utilization. Past positions include small manufacturing business owner, lead manufacturing engineer, mechanical designer, CNC programmer, and R&D engineer. Proven performance in shutdown/startup operations, plant layout design, fixture & tooling design, problem solving for manufacturing, and leadership ability. In order to shore up project management skills, I worked for a company installing robotics in Amazon facilities across North America from 2021-2022. That led to my current position with Caterpillar attempting to merge the skill sets and make a difference in efficiencies and thoughput.
