I've worked with the Smithsonian, Gates Foundation, National Gallery of Art, Carhartt WIP, Pantone, AARP, and a handful of other organizations building design systems and product experiences.Most projects start with someone knowing their site isn't working but not being sure why. I run heuristic audits, map user flows, talk to stakeholders, and find the friction points. Then I build what's needed, whether that's a redesigned IA, a design system, or a prototype that gets everyone on the same page.I care about the scaffolding as much as the surface. Design tokens, component libraries, design ops workflows. These are what make good design repeatable. I've written roadmaps and PRDs, structured team roles, and presented strategies to executives.My favorite moments are when I'm in Figma during a meeting, sketching while people talk. It changes the conversation. Questions get sharper, assumptions get tested, better ideas come out.I like work where systems thinking matters and where teams are willing to question how things have always been done.
