currently working as logistics supervisor Dublin Ireland I have 34 years experience in various construction projects all over Europe including:Tunnels, water treatment plants, bridges, buildings, river diversions, metro stations other large buildings. I have worked in numerous capacities, mainly at the level of site supervision and am currently site supervisor for Oradeo building new data centre Dublin Ireland I am always enthusiastic, interested & committed to succeed in any task or project that I have been given. I am proactive and can foresee problems that may arise in a construction environment and seek logical solutions. I am fully competent in work drawings, liaising with site management and technical departments and dealing wit representatives of the clients on site. I have managed up to 30 staff and have good team building skills. As Construction Supervisor I am and have been responsible for- ensuring the latest construction management principles are implemented that will ensure the constructions works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality- ensuring any delays or cost overruns that can either be prevented or mitigated are to be quickly reported and suggested acceptable solutions to be implemented- maintaining close monitoring and on-site supervision of the works being undertaken, and technical advice and assistance to contracted companies and labour- providing training and technology transfer to national personnel and contractor’s personnel and advise on good construction practices- providing advise on good environmental practices and controls during construction and mitigate environmental impacts of the works; giving advise on correct safety standards and creating awareness amongst workers on site- any other business as assigned by the Project Manager.
