I worked for Fords Motor CO since leaving school at 16 and started their Electrical and mechanical Craftsperson apprenticeship. This involved learning skills from various backgrounds including tool making skills, CAD skills, engineering drawing, sheet metal work, welding, industrial electrics, electronics, bench work, fault finding on industrial equipment and Mechanical Work. All this work was done before I entered the Plant at Dagenham Engine Plant. Also at the same time as this I started my foundation degree in mechanical engineering and engineering which was 3 years. I worked for Ford Motor Co for over 16 years before moving to CloudNC in Chelmsford heading their maintenance set up in May 2023 to start a new challenge and progress my career and knowledge further.
