Most businesses have revenue but don't have a commercial system underneath it. Quoting changes depending on who does it, pricing lives in someone's head, nobody really owns the handoff between sales and operations, and the pipeline is a different story depending on who you ask.I've been on the commercial side of businesses for over 20 years, everything from Fortune 500 to PE-backed to owner-operated. Carried a bag, led teams, run P & Ls, owned my own companies. I kept running into that same problem at every level, so I built a commercial advisory practice around fixing it.Roark Galt installs the commercial operating system underneath all of that. Sales process, pricing standards, pipeline management, clean handoffs, and forecasting you can actually believe in.I also help businesses figure out what to actually do with AI. Not the hype, but the part most companies are stuck on right now: evaluating what tools are worth paying for, identifying the use cases that have a real return, and building an implementation plan their team will actually adopt. I’m based in Appleton, Wisconsin. Outside of work, I’m involved in local philanthropy and volunteering, especially around faith formation, poverty alleviation, and private education.
