About Tom Richards
After many years working in theatre as an actor, director, playwright, producer and production manager, I moved into film, initially as an actor but increasingly also as a developer, culminating in my current position leading English language script development for Infinity Hill. While I love my core job of working to find and develop exciting scripts, the nature of working for a small company with big ambitions means that I get to exercise my wide-ranging skill set on tasks as diverse as casting, organising and directing ADR sessions, editing pitch documents and co-ordinating all manner of pre- and post-production tasks big and small.
