Experienced Sales Professional with 30+ years of experience building and managing Sales and Channel organizations supplying rugged wireless data communication networks to clients in the Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics market. Having started my career in Engineering and progressing through roles as Engineering Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, Director of Channels and Strategic Accounts and finally as Vice President of Sales for the Americas, I have had the experience of being intimately involved in building a Sales organization from the ground up in a highly technical, progressive and competitive environment. As a Sales Territory Manager, I developed and implemented sales strategies for target accounts in a six state region.As Director of Channels and Strategic Accounts, I managed top 10 Strategic Partner Accounts as well as developing and managing the Channel Program. As the Vice President of Sales for the Americas, I had full P&L responsibility for over $90M in revenue, with an average growth rate of 12% YOY. I directed and managed six Director level positions with responsibility for Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Latin American Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Operations and Systems Engineering. During my career I have also had the opportunity to work closely with Engineering, Product Development and Marketing to establish Strategic Product Plans as well as positioning, branding and Marketing plans.
