About Tom Riley

I work closely with a number of teams within the business, third party suppliers and clients in the creation of eCRM campaigns. Skills required include copy-writing, design, scheduling, testing, broadcast (knowledge of ESPs) and subsequent analysis of email campaigns. Broadcasts can be in the millions, or hundreds for highly targeted campaigns, but each requires the same level of acute attention to detail to ensure they are despatched as required and so they achieve maximum impact and response levels.Specialties- HTML e-mail; responsive, hybrid, interactive and progressive enhancement - Photoshop- InDesign- Dreamweaver - Email marketing- Web design & development- Time & resource management- Customer Service & SupportESP Systems Capabilities- Salesforce Marketing Cloud- Deployteq- Adobe Campaign- Eloqua- Silverpop- Dotmailer- MailchimpI am also capable of the formatting and segmentation of live customer data as well as the creation of the appropriate test data for dynamic content driven emails.
