From helping implement Workday for associates at GEICO to configuring Talent and Recruiting for a global client at Accenture, I’ve worked across HCM, Talent, Performance and Recruiting modules to optimize HR processes and enhance system functionality. I know how to take HR from paper to digital. At GEICO, I specialized in supporting core HCM processes and leading cross-functional teams. One major initiative involved transitioning our manual, paper-centric Performance Appraisal process to streamlined electronic workflows in Workday, improving efficiency while enhancing data accuracy. I bring people together to make things happen.
