I fix problems and make results translate into financial success for restaurants. I excel at building bridges between management and staff, restaurants and social media, owners and financial rewards. I'm a seasoned restaurant and private club manager, leader and strategist. I'm an expert in business communications, operational management, cost controls, menu development, vendor relationships and design. I've been connected to the restaurant world my entire life. I started off as a prep cook on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City as a teenager. Then my college years took me on a course from server and bartender to finally landing my first management position. Post college, I traveled and worked in Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Washington, DC. From fine dinning to fast casual, charity events to 'pop up'​ events, individual to multi-unit, I seen most every dining environment. I've worked for large corporations as well as individual owners. I understand what it's like working for a Top Chef in a Michelin Star environment. Japanese, Italian, French cuisine are my areas of expertise. As a result to the many hats I've worn and environments I've been involved with, I've developed crucial business experience that has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following-I don't care who gets the credit. I just want the win-I have Big ideas-Lots of people have Big ideas. Execution is what matters, and I do execution-I'm the calm one-I run towards fires.
