About Tom Rowles

January 2014 In January 2014 I decided to take 30 years of industry experience to Transformative Wave and head up The Affiliate Partner Network as The Senior Vice President of Indirect Sales. Transformative Wave is one of the country’s leading energy efficiency innovators, developing and bringing to market a growing line of energy saving and environmentally responsible products and services. Based in Kent, Washington, we are the innovators and distributors of the patented CATALYST solution and its companion, the eIQ Energy Intelligence Platform. I was first introduced to The CATALYST during the summer of 2012 while involved with a research study for The State of Minnesota. I was so impressed with this revolutionary technology and the professionalism of the staff at Transformative Wave that I found myself wanting to be a part of promoting it full time. Please read more about us at Education and Background After a robust but relatively brief music career, I graduated from St. Paul Technical College with majors in Electro-Mechanical Technology and Pipefitting. I’m also a certified Journeyman in Gas, Oil, Refrigeration, High Temperature Hot Water, and High Pressure Steam – areas that I recently obtained the Master’s Licenses in as well. After achieving my Journeyman’s certification, I returned to St. Paul Technical College to serve as an instructor to the Pipefitter’s Joint Apprenticeship Program to teach Basic Electricity, Burner Controls, and HVAC Trouble-Shooting and Repair. I’ve also completed numerous business classes and Executive Management Training courses.
