As the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at WORLDPAC, I lead a team of professionals in managing application development to scale, employing SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum. I have decades of experience in leading enterprise development teams towards organizational excellence, focusing on management of processes, projects, documentation/knowledge bases, and resource management in cloud solutions such as Oracle Fusion, Cybersource, Billtrust, Avalara and many more. I also support corporate and product strategy through the development and implementation of applications and methods, working with business sponsors and stakeholders. Additionally, I lead the support and development of enterprise applications and movement to the cloud and API modernization for various divisions, including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Automotive Cataloging. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
