About Tom Saathoff

As VP and GM of Support Services at HP Solutions, I lead the development, deployment and end-to-end management of traditional and proactive Support Services, leveraging the latest in telemetry and AI-powered technologies to help make endpoint device maintenance simpler and more intelligent for IT, while delivering optimal employee experiences and productivity. Over my 30+ year journey at HP, I’ve had the opportunity to lead across Finance, Strategy & Planning, and for HP’s Managed Print Services Portfolio. My 15+ years in Strategy and Planning formed my end-user mindset around all HP innovation – understanding not just what technologies are around the corner for our industry, but why those advancements matter to partners and customers. I bring this unique vision to my role as Head of Support Services, providing accountability for the development, launch and in-market management of our services with a customer-first ideology. I earned a B.S. in engineering from Pacific Lutheran University, a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and continued at UW through a master’s program in business administration. I also serve on the Board of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, where I not only apply my business management skills, but I can also live out my passionate for diversity inclusion. I firmly believe that everyone should have access to education. In my free time, I ride Harleys with my wife on adventures across the United States and treasure making memories with my adult children and their families.
