I am very motivated and am willing to commit fully to projects. I work well beyond 40 hours per week, and enjoy doing so. I am very team oriented and believe that it is my job to put my subordinates in positions to achieve. I am a capable leader, but am also willing to follow when required. I have traveled extensively in Asia, especially China and Taiwan and have evaluated dozens of Automotive suppliers of components and end assemblies. Specialties: Enterprise level strategic planning. I have proven ability to look at past, present and future demand to ensure flexible solutions that generate operating profit. Excellent understanding of the automotive underhood environment, and the applications of standards and specifications to automotive components. Procurement: I am very good at evaluating the supply chain based on my extremely diverse experience in manufacturing engineering, production execution and Tier 1 OEM quality requirements coupled with 10 years of executive management in a mid-sized company.
