My 20 years of experience with DHL in the Delivery and Custom's Clearance industry have been filled with numerous personal growth opportunities and development. I have been a Courier for first 10 years of my career working hands on with our customers and growing the business as well. I helped restructure routes that would benefit the company and the customer via saving time and money. Working in the CVG Hub hands-on with CBP, I improved Custom's clearance procedures of DHL freight. My time working in the DHL CVG Gateway the past 10 years, have been where my talents and skills have truly been able to shine. I have been the creator of many tools, walkthrough guides, and ideas to help increase productivity and profits for my company. My job duties / titles include, but are not limited to: On the Job training agent, Entry and Clearance Support Auditor, US Customs Entry Writer, Senior Gateway Transmission Agent, Senior LS Wholesale Agent, Imports Senior Clearance Agent. I have also worked hands-on with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to provide ideas to improve functionality, productivity, and leadership. The tools I have developed, along with my numerous Customs Clearance improvements I created, helped earn me the title of DHL Employee of the Year 2015. I have also been awarded several other titles such as: Employee of the Quarter, Employee of the Month, DHL Gold & Silver awards, along with a mountain of "Thank You" E-Cards. My Passion drives me in everything I do, and I always believe there is a more efficient way of doing everything. I believe in the old saying,"Good, Better, Best.Never let it rest, until the Good is Better, and Better is Best!"
