About Tom Scrace

I bring nearly 20 years of experience across digital design, business ownership, and engineering. My career began in the UK, where I built a foundation in graphic, web, and animation design, and later founded and ran a successful driving school—gaining hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and marketing. After moving to Canada in 2014, I shifted into engineering and design. Graduating from SAIT’s Process Piping Design program in 2016 with a 3.97 GPA and Phi Theta Kappa honours, I joined WSP, where I continue to contribute today. My roles have spanned Piping Designer, Bluebeam Specialist, and CAD Technician, combining technical support with process innovation. Drawing on my web and digital background, I specialize in building automated workflows, custom processes, and digital solutions that improve efficiency. I’ve designed and managed SharePoint sites, permissions, and project data structures; built job books and ticketing systems with Microsoft Lists; streamlined Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows; managed the deployment of Bluebeam profiles, tool sets, and dynamic PDF stamps across WSP Canada; and created resources such as 3D visualizations, VR models, and training tools.
