About Tom Seah

My strengths lies in problem solving and critical thinking whilst considering every aspect of a situation in the most thorough manner. I have resolved problems from deadlocks in contract negotiation and successfully recovered design fees (even after leaving the firm). Being inquisitive and curious has also propelled my career forward despite being in a professional field I was not educated in, twice. The challenges of learning especially from scratch during my career have given me a sense of satisfaction as I proved my worth and capabilities. During the 14 years of my career as a Business Development Professional, I negotiated projects, managed clients and presented to some of the largest developers in Asia (with media involvement) as well as clinch projects for the firm. I take pride in getting involved in the entire process and bringing ourselves closer to our corporate goals. I trust that with a positive mindset and critical thinking we can always better ourselves and contribute. I truly believe that being fulfilled in life outside of work (the most recent being a solo trip travelling through Vietnam) gives me the energy and strength to perform at work. Meeting new people and establishing a solid relationship is important to me.
