About Tom Searle

BACKGROUND Broad experience via various exec. positions in industries ranging from banking in the 70s, music and entertainment (notably as Publicity Director at Walt Disney Productions UK) in the 80s to petrochemicals and retail in the 90s. WHAT I DO NOW Managing Director of Britrisk Safety Ltd, established 2009 providing health and safety support, risk assessments, safety policies, training etc. for organisations throughout the UK, but with a particular strength in South East England. Specialisms include golf and land-based industries, construction, petrol retailing and schools. WHO WE WORK WITH Britrisk Safety works with organisations of all types and sizes, from large corporates with sites throughout the UK to smaller family-run businesses. We are keen to build business partnerships with non-competitor organisations who have similar aspirations PERSONAL NOTE As a company, we look to form long term partnerships / alliances and are fortunate to have clients who have been with us for many years. Our approach is very much about avoiding the red tape and bureaucracy associated with health and safety management, after all accidents happen in three dimensions not on paper! Incidentally, on the more personal front some people may know me as Tom Sterling - a professional name dating back to my time in the entertainment industry. I answer to most names I'm called especially when I leave my wife to clear the dinner table.
