Over 25 years of professional services experience, focused on the implementation of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and corresponding integrations for electric utilities across North America as both Project Manager and Executive Sponsor. Proven record of accomplishment in delivering Outage Management Systems (OMS) projects on time and on budget. Extensive integration management expertise with related applications such as Damage Assessment, Customer Information Systems, Work Asset Management, Meter Data Management and Mobile Workforce Management. Proven ability to manage and provide consulting services within the utility space and to consistently produce outstanding results in all application areas. Tom has over 15 years of business development experience in the utility industry. He has led the GridBright Business development team since its inception. Responsibilities include overall company sales performance, including setting sales strategy, accurately forecasting sales projections, solution offerings, contract negotiations and successful client relationship management of Utility projects within North America.
