About Tom Skeen
After graduating college, I became a pastor in Tennessee and while I was serving there, I worked at a large hospital in a rough area of East Knoxville as a transporter. I have a heart for the marginalized, and I enjoyed serving them. I later became a professional coordinator at ADT and was highly sought after in my areas of the western US due to my ability to handle customer complaints and work for (rather than against) the local offices and technicians. After over two years at ADT, I wanted to understand the technician side of alarms. I started as an apprentice at a local alarm company in order to learn the trade. Currently, I am an apprentice in our family moldmaking business which was started by my father-in-law decades ago. I am responsible for shipping/receiving, maintenance of machines, offices and workshop, as well as overseeing GreenStalk's needs within the shop warehouse. I also attend trade shows and successfully sell GreenStalk to the general public on a commission basis.
