I have over 15 years of experience driving transformational initiatives and leading commercial operations across various sectors. Currently, as a Process Excellence Lead in the Global Delivery team for The Adecco Group, I design and implement advanced customer experience operating models, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to develop solutions and execute customer-centric business delivery strategies. In my previous role as a Transformation Officer at Adecco Group Nederland, I managed multiple projects aimed at improving performance and enhancing customer and colleague experiences. This included the successful implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and the integration of digital tools like chatbots. Earlier in my career, I held commercial leadership roles at Tempo-Team and JMW, where I oversaw account and sales management, developed innovative HR services, and delivered high-quality staffing solutions to the hospitality sector. My expertise includes process design, stakeholder management, performance management, and a strong focus on value realization and governance in project and program management.
