A highly experienced Project Manager with over 12 years of industry experience. Working in high-profile commercial and residential construction projects, I work best in fast-paced and dynamic environments utilising my critical thinking, creativity, and leadership skills. The most successful projects are managed with a blend of modern technology, technical expertise, and old-fashioned hard work. Many aspects define a good project. These include quality, safety, quick construction and profitability for all parties involved. With all these items in mind and the ability to think outside the box, time and time again, my projects have exceeded client expectations. I’ve successfully managed projects with a cumulative value of more than $125 million throughout my career. These multi-million-dollar projects include the $23M Crows Nest Metro Station and the $12.1M Quay Quarter Tower (awarded Best Tall Building Worldwide in 2023). I have worked on many projects from early tender to completion, and I have been hired to save projects that were experiencing crisis and have stepped in mid-stream. Within each scenario, I must quickly assess situations and make critical decisions while leading teams of 100+ personnel to ensure the project is completed on time and profitably. Outside the construction world, I have a passion for technology, which I use in my working life to help streamline processes and enhance efficiency. This includes developing procurement strategies, establishing stringent quality assurance protocols, and managing risks with a solution-focused attitude. My approach to problem-solving and achieving optimum project delivery performance is a combination of creativity and analytical precision. I have always strived to ensure a cohesive working relationship with clients, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aligned and happy and that project goals are achieved.
