Managed up to $13 mil. in infrastructure improvements in a single year, reduce budgets $1.2 mil.(5%) and negotiated reimbursement from governing agencies. Often use my public sector expertise to resolve entitlement issues, in one instance resulting in $12 mil. of added value to MPD project.
